We all know that Kim Kardashian 's diet is pretty strict. I have heard of multiple diets and of course we all know that she endorses Slimquick.
We also all know that the West household has a personal chef. He comes over every morning and fixes their breakfast. Nice huh? We do not have the luxury of this commodity but we can still try to eat healthy without one. Here is a daily look at Kim Kardashian's diet....
On her daily menu is a ton of protein and vegetables. She tries to stay away from carbs. Breakfast for her is usually oatmeal, a protein shake with fruit and scrambled eggs. For lunch or dinner she usually eats fish or chicken with vegetables.
Pretty normal I think. Most nutritionist wouldn't argue this diet. She normally watches her portions and eats lean. Not rocket science. We all can do this, it's just a mental game with ourselves.
Now..for dessert, she's a little unpredictable after reading the diet above. For dessert she loves tea with 10 equal sweetners! When she is craving a sweet tooth, she chooses to drink a tea once a week at the most. She love ice cream, particularly Haagen Daz. Now we know she is just like us right?
